My focus throughout my life has been on empowerment, initially as teacher working with young people, and for the last 20 years working with customers and running workshops. I have explored many avenues but today my main focus is on EFT, hypnotherapy and coaching. I believe it is important to involve both the conscious mind and the deeper mind in order to not only understand ourselves but to be capable to move on, leave behind the stuff that does not serve us and believe we can live fuller lives.
